"Horrible location - stay away"
Lived on this street for 2 years. Heavy flow of traffic and a lot of speeding on this one way street. The neighborhood is dirty. The houses are old and unkempt. There are constantly people walking up and down the street who are homeless or have mental health problems. One positive note that is a few blocks away is 6th street which is a very nice area.
