"Great value neighborhood!"

Fawn Hill Court is a family neighborhood with a lot of great parks and restaurants. There's even a waterpark nearby! The houses are shooting up in value throughout the neighborhood. It is the best bang for your buck if you don't mind a bit of a commute. The best time of year is Christmas-the street sparkles with lights. The next court over is featured on TV every holiday season for its amazing decorations!
