Karlov is a wide street, double the normal width of a non major street. The houses on both sides started out as ranches in the mid 50's, places that young families started after WWII came back. Some houses go back even further, as farm houses that were there before the area was developed and gridded. We came in in the 90's and had the honor of buying a neat small ranch house from the original owners. It's been a good place to raise a family and we're surrounded by great neighbors and schools. Plus having Old Orchard mall nearby makes shopping easy.
