"Depends on where you live"
I have lived on 7th ave, and now I visit my father once a month or so. 7th avenue really depends on WHERE on that street you live. It goes from a sketchy neighborhood to a really nice neighborhood in the span of about 4 city blocks! It is an extremely busy street, and the house I lived on was right on the corner, but there are ways to block out the noise. There is everything close to my fathers house, from grocery stores, video stores, to schools. So depending on the location of where you live, it is a good place.
