"Great location, though a bit shady"

This street is inside the Shadow Wood condominium complex, is gated and is privately maintained. Its location is close to the heart of the city and is within walking distance to the Las Vegas Strip and several off-Strip properties such as Palms, Gold Coast and the Rio. It is also very close to Spring Mountain Dr., home of a large Asian shopping district. The area is a low-income community and Police are often seen in the area.

"Major street that is hard to discern from most other major streets in Las Vegas"

South Durango spans from the Summerlin Parkway all the way down through the Mountain's Edge community (south of Blue Diamond Rd). It has no major shopping centers on it, though there are many basic services that are needed for day-to-day living, i.e., grocery stores, dry cleaning, gas stations, etc. A large soccer and sports park sits at Spring Mountain Rd. and has many facilities, including a community recreation center. The street lies just west enough in the city that traffic never gets beyond heavy, and rarely does one encounter a traffic jam. Crime exists, but is never a headliner.

"Small street with big value"

While there's only one property that can boast having this street in its address (an apartment complex), the street is a gateway into one of Las Vegas' most pleasant communities; the Lakes. IT is a short street with well-maintained sidewalks and a wide street that's lined with large mature trees and only occasional slow-moving traffic either on its way into the apartment complex, or heading further west into the Lakes community, where some homes are worth $1 million or more. It's location is very close (within a walking distance) to the needs-of-life such as grocery stores (3), a movie complex, various retail stores and boutiques and even various fast-food chains. There are also several parks within a 5-minute drive (one of the most park-populated areas in Las Vegas).
