This is a fairly quiet area with the local train station just 2 miles away to ride into DC. Also a short drive(5 miles) to the local shopping area to eat out and entertain the family. Plans to build a new indoor water park for summer of 2009. All the schools in the area are new or upgraded with great staffing. A new medical facility is in the making. This is a fast growing community and located in an area with tons to do both dring the night and day. The neighbors are all very friendly and cheerfull. Most people owns dogs here so expect to see families out walking the roads often. The only downfalls to the area are lack of sidewalks and street lighting. Though there is little traffic it would be nice to have street lights. When it's dark, it's very dark.
