Pierre Nichols is a real estate professional and agent in the Atlanta/North Georgia area. Pierre has had an interest in real estate since he was a child from helping his dad fix things around the house, to building a second floor addition onto the family home as a teen, to owning his own home by age 28 and now helping families just like yours buy or sell their homes in the greater altanta area.
As a prominent real estate investor and agent. Pierre has purchased, rehabbed and sold numerous properties in the east atlanta and north georgia area as well as negotiated multiple successful transactions for buyers, sellers, and investors on a consistent basis. Pierre has worked with mortgage brokers, hard money lenders and closing attorneys to close the most impossible transactions in the real estate business today.
