"Good for military families"

Muldoon rd is close to the entrance to both military bases which makes the area a prime place for military families to live with schools and shopping near by. New housing developments have started to revitalize the neighborhood a lot. Lost of parks and recreation just a few minutes away.

"Great for Families"

Baxter Road is a very residential part of Anchorage. There are several bus routes that run through the area. There are several churches and a school close by. The best part are the many different trails and parks within a few blocks of the area. It is a short drive to downtown and military bases, and major stores close by, but still remains a family-friendly area.

"Wilderness close by"

Rabbit Creek Road is like being out in the wilderness within the city limits. Just off the main highway you find yourself amongst snowy pine trees and windy back roads. Houses sit off the road, and many are quite beautiful. It is easy to find some peace and quiet in this area.

"A good place to enjoy the outdoors"

Anchorage is a small city with the great outdoors in your backyard. It has many of the same amenities as cities in the lower 48 without being so mainstream.
