"buetiful old fashioned living"

Chestnut st. is a very friendly welcoming street full of happy and active greeting people it has tons of cafes restaurants a movie theater and a apple store its also great for kids with a park basket ball and baseball field and a public library its very close to the golden gate bridge and Lombard st. the crookedest street in San Francisco and also has many hotels. there are always new things going on on this street as well as new businesses opening and events that are fun for every one but to live in this area it is a bit more costly then other places in San Francisco but is a great spot to visit

"great street with almost everything"

Market st is a very busy street and is the main downtown area of San Francisco with tall buildings and bunch of boutiques and all different kinds of places to eat it is great for everyone with a welcoming atmosphere but not all of market st is like this there are residential parts to it and there are parts were there are inner city apartments small hotels and smoke shops which is not as a happy atmosphere but there are many parts of market that are fun and enjoyable

Like market &5th my personal faverite part of both downtown and market st. there are 2 mega malls 2 movie theaters 1 historic cable care turn around and countless amounts of clothing stores and restaurants

"great place for active people who dont mind noise"

i really enjoyed living on this street for a couple of years because it was residential where i lived but downtown was walking distance and just about every thing was a few blocks away
a giant movie theater,a fitness gym, a shopping fiesta in downtown and a hospital all within a few blocks but its not the safest area around polk/pine area as a matter of fact there is always glass on the road if you know what i mean so i woulnt park my car overnight but after dark it gets pretty lonely so you might not want to be alone in some of the areas over all this street is very diverse and has tons of restraints and public transportation goes to every block and for the most part this is a good street to live on.
