"Well, it is on the Ocean"

I've lived on Revere Beach Blvd for over a year now, and it has it's moments. The cost of living there is amazingly cheap, but it's for a reason. There are no convenience stores or retail stores of any kind on the street, no restaurants other than Kelly's and Bianchis, and those aren't "sit down" restaurants. There is one bar, but I don't recommend it.

During the summer, traffic is horrendous due to the large number of beach goers.

But again, it's really cheap to live there.
