"A good place to be in if you are on a budget"

I have lived here for more than a year, and lived with a family friend. This is nearby the Vermont station, if you do not have a car, public transportation is highly available, the train station is nearby and bus stops are just on the other side of the street. I highly recommend this for people who work in LA, specially downtown or hollywood. It will only take you 15 minutes max to get to your destination, rent is adequate, as long as you know how to be on a budget. there isn't much going on in this area, there are schools nearby, and hospitals, and it is near wilshire, santa monica, the 10 and the 101.

"A peaceful place on the westside"

I have lived here, and it hasn't brought me any problems. It is near the mini-metro areas of West LA. 10 minutes to the LAX, 15 minutes to UCLA, 10 minutes to the beach, a lot of good quality restaurants, quiet, and it is a good place to be in if you want to live in LA with a good price range for rent, not as populated as its main places like downtown or santa monica, clean, good nice neighbors, it is a safe place to be in.

"The 1 Highway"

What is a better way to spend you weekend afternoon than drive on the coastline? Isn't it highly recommended that when you visit LA, to drive on the coastline anytime of the day, specially when the sun starts to set and you see how beautiful (romantic) it is to see such beauty there is? I have to admit, if you come back from up trip up north, I would choose the coastal path. It is breath taking and very highly calming and it can be a good therapy.

"A perfect place"

I have lived here for over a year, I am 22, and not the common 22 year old, but this place has been awesome. There are a lot of stores, restaurants, boutiques, and the ever so popular sony studios. There are so many hip, cool places to hang out by yourself, or with your friends, or family. It is a safe place to be in.

"A Perfect place for everyone"

Arizona is full of life, it is near the shore line, the 3rd Street Promenade, the Santamonica Pier. It is in between two very well known paths, Wilshire and Santa Monica, you can live here, be surrounded by a good commercial environment, it has full of apartments, Santa Monica College is a few blocks away, though there isn't much parking on the streets, there are full of parking structures, specially to that of near the shore line, and the 3rd st, public transportation is not a problem, their is a good number of buses dropping by ever 10 minutes, if you like to walk, the scene is great, and a friend once told me, Bikers are the main priority specially to places near the shore. If you want to run, the beach is a free gym membership for you to do your daily morning ritual of running, you can hit some good waves, and this place is very cool, calm place to be in. You can see people from all walks of life. Arizona will look like NY specially during the day on any given weekend, people visiting from all over the place, It is a pet friendly atmosphere, events happen every single day. Farmers Market has been going on for years at Arizona and 2nd on Wednesdays, and Arizona and 3rd on Saturdays from 8.30 to 1, and you will see a lot of organic produce being sold from its producers and you get great deals and those are fresh. There is a lot of things that cannot go wrong with this street. This place is where you want to live.

"Furniture Shopping Haven"

This street will lure every one, whether you are a interior designer, a home owner, retailer, manufacturer, wholesaler, even locals, with an array of home furnishing and decor companies opening their doors to you for you to see how beautiful their products are. You will be amazed by how inexpensive it is compared to that of the retailers, and it is of good quality. High Point is a Furniture Haven, it has been for a long time, and it sure will stay, whether the economy is up or down. It is very well known not only here in the US, but also Internationally, especially during Furniture markets, which happens twice a year, Spring and Fall, you will see beautiful people from our neighboring countries, and all over the world. It is a place wherein you could meet a variety of people in all walks of life and they down to earth.
