"Nice, Neighborly, Kid-Friendly Area"

Columbia Street is a great street to live on. It is quiet and centrally located for families with kids. We are located right in front of the Milford Parks and Recreation building and the Milford Little League Park. This makes for a nice place for kids to meet up with friends and meet new ones. There is a great big field right behind our street where teens play football, soccer, and families fly kites. It's a great place to go and just listen to the sounds of kids playing. Not too far from us, is where you can find small eclectic shops where you can purchase antiques, books, get your hair done and buy things shaped like lady bugs. The rest of the town is not more than 5 minutes away from any one point in the town and is self sufficient. You can find banks, hair salons, coffee shops, grocery stores, schools, gas stations, antique stores and the like. In the Spring and Summer, there is a farmer's market in the center of town that is so close, you can walk to it and get all your fresh veges and fruits. You can also pick up fresh baked goods, grab a cup of gourmet coffee and check out a book from the library on a Saturday morning. It's a nice town that's not devoid of problems - some bad areas of town, but it's a quaint town that you fall in love with. Small restaraunts and fruit stands pepper the outskirts of our town. We love it.
