Mr. Wiegand has 14 years of marketing, sales, operations and client relations management, mortgage, title and appraisal review experience. He is President and CEO of LifestylePhilly, LLC DBA Prudential Fox and Roach in the Society Hill office of Philadelphia and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University. Prior to running this successful Real Estate company, Mr. Wiegand was a Loan Officer at PHH Mortgage holding a leadership position in the mortgage industry and was responsible for Sales and Business Development for the Southeast, Northeast and California regions. At Wachovia, Mr. Wiegand was responsible for Business Development in Center City Philadelphia and was responsible for the entire banking relationship of high net worth clients. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and is actively involved in the annual M.S. 150 Bike Ride to benefit Multiple Sclerosis in addition he has served as the Charity Coordinator at Prudential Charities. .
