Went to school here. Every now and then I visit back. Traffic takes almost 40 min from broward, Crime is high, and everything is plain out expensive

Perfect schools, nice kids, but really expensive compared to other areas of the state. Average home sells for 500-750k. Really nice, modern neighborhood and plenty of bike paths and recreational activities.

  • Has decent traffic ( No matter how crazy South Floridian drivers are)
