About Me

Hello, my name is Melinda Nicholson and I am a native of the Lehigh Valley. I have lived in Macungie, Emmaus and Orefield over the years. I have a lot of experience with Short Sales, Bank Owned, Investment, Condominiums & Rental Properties. I have worked with VA, FHA & Conventional Loans. Now that I am at Berkshire Hathaway my career has come full circle. My Real Estate career began in 2007 when I was an agent at Prudential Patt White. After leaving Prudential, I was a brokers listing assistant for three years. During that time I photographed properties, wrote the descriptions, entered the information on one to five Multi List Sites, staged homes, showed the properties and attended the closings. My experiences have allowed me to work in the Lehigh Valley, Northampton, Berks, Bucks Counties and the Pocono's. I am excited to be working at Berkshire Hathaway Homes and am looking forward to continuing my business and exceeding my own goals and expectations .
