"Best Town In the Bronx!"

Honestly, there is no better place in the Bronx, and very few in all of the five boroughs, that can measure up to Morris Park. Morris Park has consistently ranked number one by the city as the cleanest part of all the five boroughs. It is also ranked the number two safest neighborhood in the entire city, only slightly behind Riverdale, but unlike Riverdale, another fantastic suburbanesque community, the night life is a little more thriving.

There is much to do in Morris Park, from the park to the playgrounds, to the Pelham Parkway. There is a top University, and plenty around to shop and eat, not so much for clothes, but plenty to find to dine out, go out and club, or bowl, and plenty of intricate boutiques and shops that will grab your attention, and are plenty of fun to explore.

It is definitely family friendly, and has an incredible active and involved community board. The residents are also very open to each other, and you will definitely be on good terms with everyone in town.

In a world where values are growing scarce, Morris Park exists, and thrives well off family values, and open arms to anyone that wants to embrace it.

It is expanding, gaining another gym, in the Hutchinson Metro Center, LA Fitness, and is home to an enclave of top hospitals and medical care clinics. Banking is no problem, and transportation, while the city may be far, is manageable if you budget your time correctly, and there are affordable options, and the more expensive but time saving options, via train, bus, or express bus. The 5, 6, and the 2 trains are all within distance, 10-20 minutes depending what part of town you live in, and via bus or foot, again depending, or the express bus which cuts travel time to the city down to 40 minutes to an hour at most, from the hour and 15 it will at the very least take by train.

Overall, Morris Park is amazing, with great public and private educational institutes for all grades, and for furthering education.

If you aren't going to live here, you can definitely come and visit one of the many restaurants, and attractions, such as the bowling lanes where Men In Black 3 was filmed in.

Enjoy this enclave of Middle and Upper Class living, and experience the true suburbanesque feel of Morris Park.
