About Me

Marilou Buffum, a Philadelphia native, long time Mt. Airy resident, and graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, was Eichler & Moffly Realtors top volume seller for most of the past 30 years before her office merged with Prudential Fox&Roach and was later purchased by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in 2013. Prior to selling Real Estate full time, she worked as a social worker and a teacher in both the Philadelphia school system and at Germantown Friends School.
As an Associate Broker with a wealth of knowledge about Real Estate and the Community, she is skilled at representing both Buyers and Sellers and has the insight and listening skills you want in a Realtor plus the patience to help you navigate the Buying or Selling experience.
For many years a member of the Board of Directors of The Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors and a chair of the Professional Standards Committee, Marilou has served as Past President of The Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors, member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and has been on numerous standing committees and task forces at both the local and state level.
