About Me

I had been in the real estate business since fall of 2001. I was born in the Philippines many, many moons ago and smigrated to the America in 1987 and now called America, my home. I have 4 beautiful children (3 boys and a girl) and cute four (4) granddaughters.My previous work experience/s were as follows: Building Manager (Brooklyn, NY) for 32 apartment units, retail clerk, bookkeeper, showing captain (casino shows), and as a professional Tax Preparer wth H&R Block for almost 9 years. I can say it was a most rewarding experience I had because I gain a lot of tax knowledge which is very applicable to my real estate career. I love the challenges of taxation specially when it concerns to investments e.g., stocks or real estate. The tax advantages of owning or not owning a home and other tax benefits that depreciation allows in owning an investment property.In my spare time, I love to spend tending my garden, do yoga exercises, fishing, boating, singing (I play the guitar once-in-a-while), and most of all, I dance when I can whether ballroom, country, line-dancing, folk etc., I believe that dance is a very good exercise both for the body and mind. I look at a glass, half-full and always grateful for the blessings that each day brings. In this regard, I consider my work as a realtor a very rewarding of all the work/job I have ever done because when my client is happy and satisfied with the home or investment property they acquired, I feel accomplished. Most of my clients turn to become my good friends.
