West Spruce is a race track, as the city decided to route cars down this residential side street instead of the main thoroughfare. A big cocaine and m.j. bust went down the other day one street over, and another team of teen car thieves got caught a few weeks ago. There are a lot of rentals on the street, and it's not the best place for little kids, since the traffic is so fast and there are no parks nearby. Overall, it's a nice place to live, since Sequim is a great little town. I'd give Spruce street 2.5 stars, overall, out of five.
