Great ranch style community. 100 homes in this development with 1/4 and 1/3 acres lots. 1/2 mile from the 100 acre Children's Memorial Park and 2 miles from Mountain View Hospital and the medical "row" on Tenaya St. Very quiet living, good neighbors, wide and clean streets, good freeway access, elementary and high schools nearby, no HOA costs. Inexpensive compared to Summerlin and much closer to the Strip and Downtown. I've lived here 15 years and would have a hard time finding a better neighborhood to live in.
