"Main St USA"

Downtown Akron is host to many cultural facilities on one way roads only accessible from Main St. Main St itself is an attractive through way and home to numerous fine, bistro, and casual dining experiences; you can tour and experience Quaker Square from Main St. Main Street also boasts safe family fun for everyone on New Years Eve's "First Night". You will definitely want to to experience Main Street, Akron, Ohio on foot.

"Howe Road the gateway to everything"

I love Cuyahoga Falls north of Akron, and Howe Road runs east from the Falls to suburban Akron. Howe Avenue is quaint and charming in the Falls and becomes exciting and attractive as it runs east into North Hills Akron where it intersects with Brittain Rd and Tallmadge Ave, a testy intersection at best. All in all besides West Market, Howe Ave can lead you to any money spending experience you desire.

"Independence from Independence Ave"

My former home on Independence Ave sits on the corner where Independence dead ends into Devalera St; the railroad tracks that run the length of Devalera are a play ground for teens and druggies. Traveling east on Independence leads you up a hill to Chapel Hill Mall and Brittain Ave, a host to many dining facilities and total retail experience.

"Belden Ave: Hey its Metro Akron's industrial park"

Densely populated with families Belden Ave runs between Home Ave and (of all names for a road) Climax Ave. A small park lay to the west of Climax Ave, butting up against the rail transport for local industry and from what I've noticed lends credibility to the name. Belden Ave at least, is accessible to Home Ave, which in turn gives easier access to Health and Fitness, Retail Therapy, and variety in dining experience.

"Home Ave the gateway from industry to industrious"

A busy four lane thoroughfare starting from Arlington Rd winds it way north across Tallmadge Ave passing additional manufacturing facilities sparsely populated with single family homes and a trailer park on the left south of the Independence Rd intersection. Its saving grace is it that it provides easy access to shopping heaven on Howe Ave and access to Chapel Hill Mall in the North Hills section of town.
