Artists, musicians and more are encouraged to relocate into this bohemian area of town. 4th Avenue South is pushing to attract our Birmingham’s sculptors to relocate closer together. Those wishing to join us can find a rental on our street or buy into one of these historical 4th Avenue South Bungalows or American Tudors. Houses rage from 20-80 thousand. The Heart for Keeping East Lake Weird. Basement Rock Bands and artists are relocating to East Lake. The “affordable” Art District has started in the eastern shadows of the Magic City. 1920 style Bungalows, English Tudors and Spanish Revivals are becoming the prime dwellings for Birmingham’s Artist Revival movement. Houses are still very affordable in East Lake. Join us now before the market catches on to this artistic migration. Together we can make East Lake weirder one house at a time.
