About Me

Kevin McGillicuddy, a long-term Philadelphian, joined Fox & Roach in 2004 bringing to the table a mature history in real estate investment and property development. Skilled at a variety of crafts, Kevin has refurbished dozens of investment properties to date. He tackles the majority of the work himself; his attention to detail translates to an essential critical-eye for quality construction. In his own words: I have worked for several years in conjunction with one of the company's top producers, a 30+ year veteran of the Philadelphia real estate industry. With a total of nine years of experience in real estate sales, plus 12 years of investing/development/property-management I have established myself with a proven track record of client satisfaction. My training combined with proprietary technology and personal experience yields consistent results. While many professionals in the real-estate industry are stuck in their ways, I'm not afraid to try new ideas and I am quick to adapt to new methods, and tools. The ability to bring a buyer and seller together in a complex real estate transaction is no simple feat. Matching the tentative, first-time buyer with the largest investment of their life is a delicate process that takes patience, guidance and experience. I deliver; my dedication to my clients on both sides of the deal consistently receives the highest compliment: personal referrals. My business is results-oriented and, as a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors®, I value the highest ethical standards in the industry. My upbeat and genuine personality makes me easily approachable, and my clients appreciate my dedication to each transaction. When I am not busy buying, selling, or renting in center city, I enjoy athletic sports: swimming, running, cycling, rock climbing, hiking, hiking... and of course I am always working on the latest home renovation project.
