First street is Cheney's main drag. You'll find the majority of the shops and restaurants along here, as well as Cheney's four bars (Goofy's, Wild Bill's, Eagle's Pub, and the lounge at Willow Springs). There's bus stops all along first street, so getting a ride is pretty easy.

Cheney is home of Eastern Washington University, and since it's a small town, first street isn't too far from campus. The town's only gym is on campus (although there is a Curve's on First).

The only internet and TV available in Cheney, as far as I know, is Cheney-Davis, which is subpar. The internet and TV go out too often, and our TV reception sucks. We might be able to get satellite, but we haven't really looked into that yet.
