About Me

After 30 years in the engineering and construction fields, Joe decided to pursue a real estate license, realizing how valuable and complimentary a real estate career would prove to be. In addition to his considerable professional skills, Joe has 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate investment in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Joe's goal is to merge his substantial knowledge and expertise in construction, engineering and property investment with his ability to represent his clients' best interests, whether buying or selling a home or commercial property. By listening to his clients' needs and goals, Joe is able to provide unique insight to both buyers and sellers. As he guides clients through purchasing or selling a property, Joe is able to provide a knowledgeable and experienced opinion of each property. He provides sound and competent advice to buyers and sellers so they can make informed choices about their real estate transactions. His experience is not only an asset to clients, but also a meaningful advantage for them, providing an added value to their real estate experience. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Joe is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County and currently resides in Jenkintown with his wife and daughter. He has supported numerous community organizations over the years, most notably Rebuilding Together and Mission Kids.
