"Love my street!"

We have lived here for about 2 years and love the neighborhood. The familys range from those with small kiddos, to teens and some older retired folks. We are a friendly bunch, and participate in the local 4th of July parade. The Eisemann Center is close by, and the Wildflower Music Festival is a blast. The local art fairs are fun, and the Richardson theatre center is within walking distance. My husband commutes by Dart rail to downtown, and the stop is about 1 mile away. The schools are fantastic, and my son can walk to the local elementary school (currently exemplary rated). We live right on the creek, and have an abundant supply of birds and wildlife that we can see from the house. Our friends down the street had wood ducks nest in their back yard. The street is pretty quite as far as traffic goes; it is not a cut through street.
