About Me

A Lifetime Resident of Ocean City NJ, and a Realtor since 1977 , Jim has "Delivered Waves of Memories..." to families who have chosen Ocean City, NJ as their destination of choice. Jim resides in Ocean City with his wife, Betty, and their six children, James, Thomas, Robert, Kathryn, Kristin and Julie. For generations his family has owned property in Ocean City, dating as far back as the turn of the last century. Jim designed, authored and manages the www.Beach4Sale.com real estate website (among others), is Co-owner of Sundance Replicas (handcrafted wooden replicas), and has membership in the South Jersey Garden Railroad Society and the South Jersey Civil War Roundtable as well as participating in adult soccer programs.
