"its nothing special"

its fairly family oriented. it has a few activities. it has a baseball field nearby, as well as a shopping mall. the best part about it is how close it is to bayshore and the water. that in itself makes it scenic and opens the door to other activities. a polite little area. i would recommend families move here. actually id recommend people of all walks inhabit this area, or visit. there is entertainment. lol also a few strip clubs. if youre looking for status then this isnt it. if youre looking for comfortable then this is the place.

"More of an Urban feel"

The street itself is quiet considering how close it is to the busy 79th st. The greenery is beautiful and the homes on 75th street are very nice. But if you dont like animals i suggest you not move here. Every few steps you take, you are tripping over two arguing animals. whether it be dogs, cats or lizards. For the most part, fairly quiet and nice. There is no nightlife on 35th st. if you go a little further up the street you will most likely run into some prostitutes. explaining the many motels

"very comfortable place to visit"

every person i have come into contact on this street has been friendly. well tailored. beautiful homes. friendly people. close to a few small shops. nothing extravagant. not for those who like the hustle and bustle. so i wouldnt recommend for young people. maybe newly weds and families. no night life. just a few local bars sprinkled here and there along the street.

"very prominent neighborhood."

extremely well kept neighborhood. a shame that i cant afford to live here myself. beautiful view of the water. beautiful houses. everywhere is a drive by scenic route. tennis courts, pools, country clubs. if you can afford it, i definitely reccomend moving your family here. heck or move here by yourself. i would. you also have to keep in mind that this street is right near the water, so it can be hit pretty hard by hurricanes. nice for taking a walk/ jog

"lock your doors"

i visited this street and didnt feel safe getting out of my car. there were a lot of homeless people as well as unfortunate looking individuals wandering around outside. the greenery was unkempt. there was litter on the street and the homes looked unclean. there were lots with garbage in it and parked cars without tires. i do not recommend this street for living. street needs work.

"lots of work opportunity"

Pretty nice neighborhood with lots of activities. close to shopping, a golf course as well as pools. some areas of green avenue are better than others, but the further down the street you go, the better the environment. i would recomment this area for people who are starting a family. as it is close to schools and juvenile entertainment. not only houses, but plenty of apartment complexes for bachelors and young people. i recommend this street for families

"easy to get lost"

while searching for another street i got lost on pleasant lane. theres nothing to look at. there are no homes. a few industrial businesses here and there. LOTS of fields. plains. things of that sort. obviously not a place to inhabit. no clubs, bars, homes, or excitement. this is the plce to invest in businesses though. to buy land. maybe plant some gardens or plow some fields.

"fairly residential neighborhood"

this is a fairly residential neighborhood. not much in terms of excitement and nightlife. actually theres nothing in terms of excitement. a few stores sprinkled here and there throughout the neighborhood. you will not have a great chance of finding work nearby. expect a little bit of a commute, unless your career goal is to be a waitress. not much activity in terms of other neighbors.

"inner city. excitement"

grant drive is a very busy street, and close to many shops. there are strip clubs near, so if thats your thing then this is the place. very urban. not the quietest place in the world. there is lots of excitement in terms of neighbors whenever you step outside. scenic in terms of foliage. though not too much different than the average scenery of florida in general. i would recommend this street for anyone. except the elderly

"The place to go for family life"

I suggest oak lane for family life if you have the money. Very nice neighborhood. friendly neighbors. beautifully gardened and decorated homes. The all around feel even visiting oak lane is that of prosperity. very green. very manicured. very quiet. not much of a night life or entertainment, so i do not recommend this street for bachelors, young couples, or young people period.
