"Great Street in a great Lafayette neighborhood"

This is a great area. The Burton Valley are of Lafayette is safe and homes & people are nice. The area is not cheap, expect to pay closer to $1 million to love around here.

"Nice Street in a nice area"

This is a good street to live on. Not too much traffic, close to anything you might need. The only downside is that this is not a cheap neighborhood.
