"Peace & quiet at it's best"
Water Oak is in a quiet family neighborhood with wealthy to middle income people of all flavors. Little crime IN the neighborhood, police do patrol through, but probably because cut thru to new PD station on Wendover Rd close by. Comm Watch and many of us walk in the neighborhood and we keep an eye on what goes on. Many people home @ all hours. I feel very safe in this area, but NOT foolishly so. The Elem, Middle & HS all excellent for CMS.

"Family oriented"
Many walkers morning-noon-night. Sidewalks abundant. SAFER than most neighborhoods. Comm watch. EXC schools. GREAT renter population. Little night life, but PLENTY of food near by @Cotswold Shopping Center, etc. Nearby Urgent Care.
