After 15 years in business, Herb and his wife Carol sold their computer business - School-House Computers - 5 years ago and Herb retired to a life of boredom. After a two-year stint in the car business, Herb decided to try his hand at real estate. He couldn't have picked a better time to continue his semi-retirement! Of course, he's really only gearing up for the tidal wave of sales that are about to pour onto the shore area very soon.
