"Starting to improve"

You can tell on your first drive down Swan Lake Road that most of the homes were built in the 1980's. Most of the homes have a large yard and are neatly kept. On the downside, cars speed through the neighborhood. Police are also guilty of doing this and it would be nice if the speed limit was enforced. Overall an OK place to live.
