"Perfect place for a single or young couple"

This street is literally about two blocks from the center of Denver. There is plenty of good shopping and good restaurants. It's great for a couple of people who want to have a big city feel, but aren't too crazy about all the problems that tend to come with it. Denver is a friendly city with lots to do. This street probably wouldn't be too good for young children or retirees since it can get noisy due to city traffic.

"Another College Street"

This one is definitely for college-kids. I wouldn't recommend this part of town for people with kids as the college students tend to get a little rowdy. However, a single or couple in the 20-something age bracket might find it really great, if you're okay with some noise. There's plenty to do and the street is about two blocks away from the central campus for Regis University.

"Lake front with plenty to keep busy"

This street is absolutely perfect. It is right near a lake where there are paddle boast rentals and a boat launch. No matter what the season it is absolutely picturesque. The neighbors are friendly and are always outside tending to their lawns it seems. Also right across the way is the beautiful Washington Park that is great for dog-walking, jogging, or just enjoying the outdoors.

"Nice inner city apartments"

Great place to live for the twenty-something just starting out. It is near all of the nightlife Denver has to offer and near plenty of businesses. I wouldn't recommend this to larger families as the homes aren't that great and the apartments are not that big. However, if you're single or a couple looking for a place near the center of Denver, this is a great choice.

"Great little college street"

This street is mostly occupied by students at the nearby University of Denver. However, despite being mostly college-aged people, the homes are remarkably well-kept. I might not suggest this one for families with young children, as college kids are prone to being a little loud and rowdy. But this would be perfect for a couple who don't mind a little noise now and then or young singles looking for the twenty-something scene.

"Plenty to do for families with kids"

This road boasts charm, comfort and pleasant neighbors. It is exactly what you might expect a small town road to look like. however, right across the street, you can enjoy a starry night at the Chamberlin Observatory and park area. Not only that, but if you're looking for something a little more exciting the center of Denver is really only about a ten minute drive away.

"Beautiful small town feel"

These houses give the feel of a beautiful small southern town, but really are only a couple minutes away from the center of Denver. Across the street, there is a beautiful park with some benches to enjoy any sunset from on a cool summer day. The neighbors are friendly and are always outside walking dogs. All the houses are well-kept and are clearly cared for.

"Gorgeous Homes For Large Families"

These houses are fairly large homes that would be great for families of all sizes, but would fit a large family. I'm not sure how much they cost, but they are absolutely gorgeous. The neighbors are nice, but you probably won't see much of them. Many of the adults are working professionals. However, there are plenty of kids and if you go outside, you're sure to see some.

"Family Street Near School"

This road is just a quick walk to the nearby elementary school. The neighbors are friendly and there are plenty of kids to get to know. The homes are a little more expensive because it is so near a school, but overall, they aren't too pricey. You will have the privacy you want but you will still get to meet your neighbors.

"Great inner city homes"

Neatly-kept, small homes line this street. It is quite near a municipal park with a pool and walking path, for those of you who enjoy the outdoors. the only think with this street is that it is pretty close to the center of Denver so it tends to a bit noisy. This would be perfect for a couple just starting off or for singles. It might not work for families with small children as there tends to be a lot of traffic.
