"Winding Trail - A Convenient and Friendly Place to Live"

Easy access to bike paths, public transportation, 28th street, tennis courts, playgrounds and swimming pools make this location a fantastic place to live or to invest in. This pretty neighborhood is very friendly and well maintained with bike and walking paths throughout the community. I lived there for years and enjoyed the wonderful neighbors, amenities and convenience of the location.
Pros
  • Quiet friendly community.
Cons
  • Many of the homes were built in the 70's and are in need of upgrading.

"Longmont- Eastt of Main"

There are some wonderful areas within this neighborhood. I enjoy the west side of this area in particular where there are some adorable houses which are just a quick walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. Downtown Longmont has a number of new coffee houses, restaurants and bars with local entertainment. There is a great sense of community here with a good mix of young families and long-time residents.
Pros
  • Great parks and sense of community.
Cons
  • The train runs through town which can be very loud.
