"Winding Trail - A Convenient and Friendly Place to Live"
Easy access to bike paths, public transportation, 28th street, tennis courts, playgrounds and swimming pools make this location a fantastic place to live or to invest in. This pretty neighborhood is very friendly and well maintained with bike and walking paths throughout the community. I lived there for years and enjoyed the wonderful neighbors, amenities and convenience of the location.
- Quiet friendly community.
- Many of the homes were built in the 70's and are in need of upgrading.
"Longmont- Eastt of Main"
There are some wonderful areas within this neighborhood. I enjoy the west side of this area in particular where there are some adorable houses which are just a quick walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. Downtown Longmont has a number of new coffee houses, restaurants and bars with local entertainment. There is a great sense of community here with a good mix of young families and long-time residents.
- Great parks and sense of community.
- The train runs through town which can be very loud.
"Pine Brook Hills"

Pine Brook Hills has its own water company, fire department and loads of hiking and mountain biking trails. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets and views of Boulder and the surrounding mountains.
