"Scarritt Point has a lot to offer"

I spend a generous amount of time in the neighborhoods just outside of downtown and have found Scarritt Point to be quite lovely. It truly has a diverse mix of people and some of the best architecture in the city. Plus, the residents are passionate about their neighborhood. There are obviously some streets more desirable than others, but you can find homes in a wide variety of prices depending on location. Shopping is a short drive any direction, parks are plentiful, and public transport is good. I encourage you to visit and decide for yourself.

"Quiet, tree-lined street near downtown"

Sunrise Drive is one of the best streets in urban Kansas City, MO. The meandering, tree-lined design is both cozy and attractive. You will most likely see children playing in the yards, people walking dogs, or joggers running in the street. It's rare to have an urban street that is so peaceful.
