I like this side of South Boulder Rd. Where you can find homes in a variety of price ranges and typically updated. Although some can be close to south Boulder rd. (and under 500k as a result AND still sell), the neighborhood has some great character, large 1/3 acre lots and if you are lucky either views of Broomfield & Louisville to the south, to if Yoyu are REALLY lucky and have a few more dollars to spend panoramic views of the front range over Boulder County open space.
