About Me

Diane has been a Fox Roach Realtor since 2008. Prior to that she worked in new construction sales for 4 years, gaining experience in an Active Adult community in Bethel township. She continues to market new construction in Delaware County as a proud member of the award winning team of Gary Scheivert and Associates. Gary Scheivert has been in the Real Estate for over 25 years, and has an impeccable reputation based on his vast experience, close attention to the needs of his clients, attention to every detail of the buying and selling process, and his award winning productivity. These are the traits that drew Diane to join his team. Diane also works with buyers and sellers in the resale market. Her team's listings and sales cover townships in both Chester County and Delaware County , including but not limited to the school districts of Unionville-Chadds Ford, Kennett Consolidated, Springfield, Wallingford-Swarthmore , Garnet Valley and Upper Chichester. Diane has helped Buyers purchase new construction, resales and foreclosures. She has helped Sellers receive the best possible price for their homes. Diane and the Gary Scheivert team have been honored several times as Top Producers for the Month in the Media office.They have been honored year after year with the Chairman's Circle Award, one of the highest achievements in the company.
