"Magnolia - a small town in a big city."

We just moved back to this neighborhood after a two year absence. Previously we had rented in Magolia as it is one of the pricier areas of Seattle. Now we have a condo in an area of Magnolia dominated by condos and apartments. However, 2 blocks away are neat and orderly streets of single family homes.

"Magnolia Village" is a sleepy little shopping area that is really starting to wake up with new shops and mixed use condo/retail buildings. Greek, Thai, Italian, NW Regional are all foods you can find in the Village and there is the ubiquitous Starbucks.
