Fairly small, but rustic and undeveloped. Frontage on completely undeveloped Perch Pond (formerly Mud Pond).

Pros

unpolluted, wild, entirely un-developed
neighboring hiking/mountain biking trails
3 small, somewhat rocky beaches/kayak launches
