David Minkoff

About Me

David has been a resident of Cheltenham Township for most of his life. After spending his early years in Mt. Airy, David and his family moved to Glenside in 1970. He graduated from Cheltenham High School, then attended Penn State earning his B.S. in Marketing followed by a M.B.A. degree from Temple University. The first part of David’s career was spent in media sales and sales management. While working at Comcast in Willow Grove, you would frequently see him walking up and down Old York and Easton Roads. Along the way, he married then purchased his first house in Elkins Park. After buying a share of a promotional fulfillment company in 1999, then selling it a few years later, David and his wife moved to another house in Elkins Park. He next tried the restaurant business as he became a part-owner of The Little Dipper/Super Nova. More recently, David was the senior project manager for a water, fire and storm damage restoration company where he was responsible for its reconstruction jobs. David now brings his career skills and knowledge of the area to the real estate business.
