I owe a lot of this to my years of business and real estate experience and my degree in Finance and Marketing from Drexel University. My past experiences in Financial Planning with Northwestern Mutual Life and The Philadelphia General Agency, where I co-founded the Goldman Financial Group - an exclusive financial and estate planning entity, have proved invaluable in guiding clients through the maze of financing alternatives and creative estate and tax planning strategies necessary for the best value creation in real estate transactions. Being a teacher and martial artist has also helped to bring useful communications and interpersonal tools to the table when assisting clients. Teaching is a tool which I use every day. My job is to help client make the decision I would make if they knew what I know. Once empowered, they are able to understand for themselves the best course of action
