This street offers something for every type of living needs. Families, singles, couples, etc. will enjoy the reasonable priced condos. Street has mostly 'young' neighbors, although there a few very friendly (and funny) elderly people in the neighborhood. There are side walks and great for evening walks.

Neighbors tell me there used to be block cookouts. We're trying to start that up again now. During the spring/summer evenings, it's not surprising to find neighbors, kids, etc. out. All neighbors seem very friendly and outgoing.
