"Not so nice neighborhoodhttp"

I used to hangout at a lot on Burnside ave and is not such a nice neighborhood to live in. The shopping is very good, good stores good prices and good quality items. There are clothing stores, electronics stores, furniture. butcher shops etc. During the day the streets are pretty save, at night is a whole different ball game. There are many clubs and bars. To open a business this is a good location due to centrally located and have a lot of walking traffic. Transportation you have access to two different trains and many bus lines.

"Bronx Upper Class"

Perry Ave, is a small street but very elegant, most of the houses are two stories brown stones. The street is very clean and the houses are kept to a suburbs standards. Transportation is excellent with access to three different trains and many different bus lines. Perry exits to the history Gun hill Road where George Washington made a stand off, some of the historic canons are still around and can be seen as you drive around. You have Jerome ave with plenty stores to shop and two hospitals within a four block walking distance.

"suburbs of the bronx"

Leland Ave is a real nice street to live on, plenty of trees and shades during the summer. The street are very clean. Due to there is mostly houses on this street, everyone takes good care of their house and front appeal. The street have low to mupper clasedium traffic flow so is not to busy and kids can play safely in the street. The area is fairly quiet for been. I lived on this street for a long time and people were always friendly and polite. Transportation is nearby, you have the six train on parkchester and the two and five train at 180 th street. Bronx zoo is still a walk away.

""nicer area of the bronx""

My family have lived on this street for over twenty years. This street is clean, people are friendly and they lookout for each other. The street have access to many buses, highways, trains, strip malls. Crotona park is one of the biggest and nicest parks in the Bronx. One of the things I like about Crotona is centrally located. Another major attractions that is withing walking distance is the world famous Bronx zoo and the botanical garden. I have very fun memories as a kid been in this area.

"Not the place to race kids"

Living on this street was rough, Most buildings were burnt down, abandon or turned into drug houses and prostitutions. Fights in the street were a very common thing. One time there was an accident on the corner that ended in a shoot out. The street was always dirty and fill with homeless people. PS5 down the street kids were fighting a parents got into fights over the kids fighting etc. I used to fight often just to survive.

"The hood El Barrio"

Living in this street was a nightmare, was like and a typical scene from Charles Bronson's Death Wish series. Cars were very often broken into, stolen or dismantled. People were shot or stab in the street. At night streets are very dark. The street is very noise due to the train being a block away. In this street there is a lot of drugs activities. Furthermore there are abandon buildings who are privately owned but will never be fix. There are a lot of homeless people in the area due to empty lots that buildings were torn down and never build on them again.
