"Great Victorian Neighborhood in the middle of NYC"

Richmond Hill North, is the best of all worlds. Full of terrific neighbors, stately architecture, wonderful diversity and close to the subways, busses and the much-overlooked Forest park! An easy commute to Manhattan and a short drive to the Atlantic Ocean beaches. Many beautiful, affordable single family homes. The J-Train runs right by the neighborhood and the E/F Trains are a short 10 minute bus ride away. While nightlife and restaurants are lacking, Forest Hills and Kew Gardens are short (5 minute) drives or a nice walk away.
Pros
  • Convenient to NYC - Great public transportation access
  • Strong Schools
  • Forest Park!
  • Close to JFK airport
  • Great Diversity
  • Diverse housing options
Cons
  • Lack of Restaurants
