"Not the greatest, but its home"

Market street is not the greatest place to live. It is dirty from coal dirt. We always have coal trucks going down this street. They do use the sweeper on a weekly basis and do maintain the lawn in the park(its a divided road). There are alot of kids with loud stereos because the school is out past this street. The houses are pretty small, but most are here. They are in pretty good shape. There are a lot of bars, on almost every corner and there is a high rise for the eldery and a funeral home. What a coincindence. All in all, it isn't that bad for the money. Average homes are between $15,000-$30,000. Saleries are low but so are the homes.

meridianman Average home prices sound fantastically low! What do you get for $15-30K?
