"Back on the rise to past richness"

Union Street is located in downtown Brooklyn. Up until the 90's, it was a predominantly Italian neighborhood, dominated by mom and pop shops up and down Union St, Court Street, and a few of the surrounding blocks. This is a very prosperous neighborhood, with countless Brownstones, valued at well over one million dollars each. Recently, many of the people who left this area, have found their home back, not being able to leave behind the rich culture and tradition of the area.

"recovering slowly but surely"

This section of Bensonhurst, once one of the nicer parts, experienced a major turnaround over recent years, but has slowly made the recovery back to its previous status. Its not what it used to be, but here, it is a bit quieter than the Bay 20's, as 86th street shopping ends for the most part right around Bay Parkway. However, this is still a very convenient shopping location

"Not the best, not the worse"

Bay 23 st is located in Bensonhurst Brooklyn. The neighborhood as a whole is on a downturn, but it is still one of the better neighborhoods in Brooklyn. As expected, it is a highly populated urban setting, houses are very close together. UNbelievable proximity to shopping however, intersecting 86th street, just a few blocks away from Bay Parkway (Ceaser's Bay)

"Beware of overpopulation"

The houses are situated very closely together, and as a result there are many families, leading to high traffic and an occasional parking issue. However, It is in the proximity of one of the islands best public elementary schools, as well as a convenient shopping center. It also has a very close proximity to the West Shore Expressway which is very convenient.

"great upscale neighborhood, high cost but great value"

Weaver Street is located in southeast Annadale, one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Staten Island. Adorned with surrounding greenbelt, this upscale neighborhood provides a quiet, tight knit atmosphere. Weaver Street runs from Arden Ave to Barclay Ave where it is met by Blue Heron Park. This area is ideal to raise a family, or just to relax, and enjoy retirement. Property value in this area is very high, and well worth it.

"Avoid if you can"

Vespa is a very busy street with major problems. It runs high atop a hill, making for problems during the winter, and flooding severely in the rain. Houses on Vespa Ave are mostly townhouses, which provide little to no privact, and space. It is very overcrowded.

"Wonderful neighborhood, with downfalls"

Savo loop is a fairly new development, with the houses just about a decade old. They are single family Sidehall colonials, very lavishly ornamented from the outside. This is a very upscale block. However, its proximity to the Staten Island Rapid Transit train results in loud noise from passing trains at all hours. It is a very quiet block in terms of traffic however.
