Brian Logue

About Me

A suburban Philadelphia native,
Brian is a Penn State Graduate with a degree in Marketing. Prior to moving to the
shore and making Ocean City his home, he was an accomplished sales professional
in the IT / Telecommunications industry. Brian is also an USCG Licensed Captain and prior to his
Real Estate Career spent 10 years as a successful Yacht Broker catering to
discerning clients in the Luxury Sportfishing market. He is now applying that
expertise and knowledge to Real Estate. An avid boater and fisherman, Brian
is a Past Commodore of the Ocean City Marlin & Tuna Club and Chairman of
their Overnight Billfish Tournament. He knows the waterfront from LBI to
Cape May and enjoys using that knowledge to help buyers and sellers find their
perfect shore home.

HomeServices as part of the Joe Sheppard Team. Joe is a 25-year veteran
of the Ocean City Real Estate Market and with over $300 Million in sales has
won numerous awards for his performance.
