""Great for student living, but a little noisy""
Great central location for downtown night life, food, walking distance to HP Pavillion, VTA, and San Jose State University. The neighbors are mostly students and lower income familes. Asthetically it isnt the most beautiful neighborhood but if your looking for easy access to everything its a good spot. However, there is a lot of traffic and people like to use their horns at all hours of the night so the noise does take some getting used to.
