"My First Home..."

This is my first house. Everyone here are cautious to new poeple moving in. This is that old neighborhood where seniors are selling to the next generation and we are to continue the Beltsville country town living. There has been a little issue with half-way houses being set up in the local area, and even the child preditor numbers rose from 12 to 16 people this year. But Greenwood has joined together on the 4400 block, we hang out with each other, talk, and meet the new home owners with a smile. We watch for the uncommon persons and vehicles, we watch over each others families, and during events like the hurricane that blew through a couple of years back, band together. There are some good people here and good homes that need families. It's a good location, right off/between Rt.95/Rt.1/Rt.295 and easy to access DC monuments or get to Baltimore for crab dinner.
