"QUIET and handy to all that Yarralumla has to offer"

Walk to the shops, walk to the park, enjoy the green leafy suburb of Yarralumla just down the road from Parliament House and almost next door to Government House, but without the traffic!

"Tangletown has it all"

The section of Kirkwood Place North that is south of 56th is quiet, particularly the further away from the Tangletown shops you go. There is not much traffic and the area is full of families, close to great shops in the Tangletown neighborhood and a short walk to Greenlake itself.
The section north of 56th is still convenient and even closer to Greenlake, but it is on the bus route so gets a lot more traffic. The pocket South of 56th (and between Meridian and Latona) is where to head if looking to move into the neighborhood!

"What a fantastic neighborhood!"

Everyone thinks of Wallingford as the area near 45th - near QFC, the Wallingford Center etc be we extend our view of Wallingford all the way to the banks of Greenlake. Even though Greenlake is technically a different area the two are so interconnected that I believe Wallingford can claim all the wonderful benefits of Greenlake and Tangeltown in addition to its own great neighborhood.

"One of the great streets walking distance to Greenlake that makes up the Tangeltown neighborhood."

Close to the Tangletown cafe district on N 55th - Eva, Kisaku, Zoka, Hiroki - are all fantastic and unbelievable to think they are our local haunts. A short walk to Greenlake, one of Seattle's most popular parks. Why would you want to live anywhere else in Seattle!

"Tangletown area has the best that Seattle has to offer"

The Tangletown area situated between Wallingford and Greenlake has the best that Seattle has to offer. N 55th Street cuts through a small corridor of restaurants, cafes, breweries, market and its an easy walk for anyone in the neighborhood to walk to Greenlake itself.
Our favorite spots are Kisaku (sushi), Hiroki (Japanese cakes), Mighty-O (Vegan Donuts) and Hot Diggity Dog (hot dogs/ sausages), but there is more.

"Walk to Carlisle Street, enjoy the park"

The section opposite the park in William Street is amazingly quiet, perhaps due to the car access being blocked off to Carlisle Street, but it is still only a few minutes walk to the centre of everything.
